Holiday Mobility & Disabled Help in Tenerife, Hire and Sales - General Booking Terms

Any person confirming a booking with Tenerife Mobility Hire accepts to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Any person not agreeing with these conditions, should not proceed with a booking. Users of our website must be 18 years old or over.

Tenerife Mobility Hire act as a booking and administration agent for overseas suppliers such as Active Mobility Tenerife who provide wheelchair and electric scooter hire along with other disability aids. In making a booking on this website you are entering into a direct contract with the overseas suppliers. This website, therefore only accepts liability for the quality of the clerical and administration service.

We DO NOT ask for any money up front, we DON'T even we ask for a Deposit

Bookings can be made by following the simple instructions on this website anytime up to, and including same date of travel/hire. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided when a booking is made. This confirmation email must be presented to the overseas representative upon delivery of Equipment hire.

Tenerife Mobility Hire cannot be responsible for any incorrect information provided by the user at time of booking. Any amendments to your booking for example: (name, resort name change, accommodation change, dates and times, etc) can be communicated to our us by email on bookings@tenerife-mobility-hire.co.uk. An administration charge may apply for any correctional work undertaken by the company and authorised agent. An updated confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on the original booking.

Prices may change without any prior notice. The price payable is the amount displayed on the website at time of making the booking. If prices subsequently rise prior to the delivery of the service, you will not be asked to pay more. Likewise, if prices fall, you will not receive a refund.

To the best of our knowledge, all overseas service providers such as Active Mobility in Tenerife, are fully insured in accordance with the local laws and national regulations and their equipment is insured for public liability.

Tenerife Mobility Hire and its overseas suppliers will endeavour to provide a reliable service however there are sometimes circumstances beyond our control that may prevent us from achieving this.

Bookings can be cancelled by email to bookings@tenerife-mobility-hire.co.uk.If the booking has not been confirmed there will be no cancellation charge.
